Our client, a prominent player in the financial sector, is currently seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support high-level executives and contribute to the success of a leading financial services firm.
Responsibilities:
- Email and Diary Management: Efficiently organise and prioritise the MD’s emails. Schedule appointments, meetings, and engagements, optimising the MD’s time.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients. Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Technology and CRM Management: Leverage technology to streamline operations, with a particular focus on maintaining the MD’s HubSpot CRM. Ensure accurate recording and updating of client information.
- Meeting Preparation: Facilitate the preparation of meeting agendas, presentations, and documents. Attend meetings as required, taking minutes and tracking action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience for the MD.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive company information and operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in an executive assistant role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Discretion: High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proactivity: Ability to anticipate the needs of the MD and act accordingly with minimal direction.

Work Conditions:
